hello Zoe, absolutely thought provoking assertion of yours is commendable . Thank you.
My perspective is though that distraction is often misunderstood as an escape - a detour from responsibility, a pause from purpose. But in truth, it is rarely an empty void. It is a stage, a space where the restless mind wanders not to flee, but to seek. Within distraction often lies the first spark of curiosity - a question, a possibility, a “what if” that pushes us beyond the boundaries of our current path.
